I have to agree that Zaylin doesn't sound good.  Try googling some old fashion names....from the 1800's or the early 1900's....some fun names come up that way.  Then you'll have unique, but not crazy sounding.

I like fun names for boys such as:  Gus or Cal  ......either short for something or all on their own!!

Congrats and good luck!

I like the name Zaylin. My husband actually came up with that one as we were thinking of names for our future children. I looked it up and it had a link to this. I think it's a cute name. You can call him Zay for short.

the PJ'S sound cutelast chrsatmis my best friend of 18+ years was also a new mom. her little girl was around 10 months as well. i racked my brain for days on what to get her. like you, i wanted to incorporate her daughter into the gift. then i remembered a chrsatmis gift that was given to me by my aunt the year before. it was a personalized picture book made by her on shutterfly.com they are amazing and very thoughtful!its super easy as well.with the help of her husband i got a picture cd w/ the baby's pictures on them. or just ask for them and don't tell her what for.go on the web siteand step by step you put together a actual hard cover book. (it honestly looks like something you would buy at barnes noble. very professional.you place the pictures where you want them in the book and even get to add the caption on each page. it arrives in the mail in about 7 days.its defiantly not as hard as it sounds, moderately priced trust me it will be the best gift she will ever get!!! go to the site and check it out.good luck ashley
